Sales Manager

Polar Aviation is looking for a Sales Manager who is responsible for developing sales and marketing activities of Polar Aviation Oy.  Sales Manager will be required to develop, lead and motivate Sales Team. Candidates need to have strong sales background from B2B business with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in B2B Sales.  Work place is located at Helsinki Airport and the position requires some travelling.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Building up strategic sales function
  • Determining specific client requirements and customer segmentation
  • Developing CRM system
  • Initiate and execute plans and marketing strategies to achieve established company goals
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing tactics that achieves sales targets, expands customer base and increases market share

Requirements:

  • Ability to see the big picture and strategic role of the sales function
  • Strong sales skills and ability to maximize sales opportunities
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze key performance indicators and plan actions based on the results
  • Ability to motivate and drive the sales team
  • Experience in working in international business environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team player with strong work ethic
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics or similar, preferably in Sales and Marketing field
  • Fluency in English and Finnish
